The way it was? Are you talking about gun hunting for Fox or are you talking about the "Riding to the Hounds" meaning chasing them with dogs while dressed in formal attire on Horseback? Which do you mean please?
NOTE* WE do both here in the U.S., but Hunting Fox on horseback is disappearing because of organizations like P.E.T.A. I truly had no idea what you meant so I asked for clarification..I guess that in itself was a mistake…….
We have been hunting fox for the same way for a 100 years here in Montana, so I am not sure what you mean.
Nothing has changed for us.
Lets vote this worse than useless Labour shambles out for a start. Maybe things will change then.
Blair ended the hunting so I can’t see Brown bring it back.
Note for he thumbs down anti crowd, more foxes have died since the ban because we shoot them. The ban has’nt done anything to save the fox.
I guess you are in the UK? With the continued decine of aqll of Western Civilisation into a "wimpified and wussified" degenerate culture, I think the odds are slim.
Because most folks have never seen an actual fox ( or what a fox can do to a chicken coop for that matter ), they think foxes are "cute" and that anyone who would hunt them must be some evil, brutish barbarian.
Hell we go fox huntin’ every saturday night here. Ain’t changed a bit in 200 years!
Maybe one day I’ll get lucky!!!
If you are referrig to the way the English and British do it on horseback, i think its a stupid waste of time. they already had the fox caught, why let it go again? Its just dumb, and i woudlnt ever call it hunting. I hunt them with a .22 and predator calls because they are pests and bother little livestock.
diamond dog sums up the politics pretty well.
On the reality front nothing has changed, fox hunting is better supported now than it was before the ban, if you hunt you should have noticed this.
